11 May Balsamic Parmesan Roasted Asparagus & Tomatoes
1lb of Ontario Asparagus
2 Cups of Ontario Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Grated Fresh Parmesan Reggiano Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Blaze Balsamic Glaze
Preheat oven to 400F.
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Wash and snap ends of Ontario asparagus. Place in one side of baking dish.
Wash and cut cherry tomatoes in half. Place cherry tomatoes in the other side of the baking dish.
Season asparagus and cherry tomatoes well with salt & pepper.
Sprinkle grated parmesan reggiano all over the asparagus & cherry tomatoes.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 mins.
Top the asparagus with with cherry tomatoes and finish by drizzling with Blaze Balsamic Glaze.
